How to Deposit (4 Steps)
Login & Open the Deposit Menu
Log in to your account, then choose Deposit from the dashboard or member menu.
Enter the Amount
Type your deposit amount (minimum Rp 20,000) or use a quick-amount button, then click Continue to Pay.
Scan the QRIS & Pay
Open your e-wallet/m-banking app, scan the QRIS code shown, and make sure the payment amount is exactly the same as billed.
Click "I Have Paid"
Your request is recorded and verified by admin (1–5 minutes). The balance is added automatically along with a notification in your account.
Frequently Asked Questions
Paid but the balance has not arrived?
Wait up to 5 minutes. If longer, make sure the payment truly succeeded on your e-wallet/bank side (check your statement), then contact CS via live chat with your transfer receipt and the deposit reference code (shown after you click "I Have Paid").
Must the deposit amount match exactly?
Yes — verification is based on the amount. Transfers with a different amount (e.g. due to transfer fees) may slow verification. We recommend sending without deductions.
Is there a daily deposit limit?
By default, no. However, you can set a self-imposed daily deposit limit as a play-control tool via the Responsible Gaming page.
Can I deposit via direct bank transfer?
Official deposits currently go through QRIS only — one QR covers all e-wallets and mobile banking. Avoid transferring to any personal account claiming to be admin; Nagaxpedia never requests manual transfers.
